Please read the following notice pertaining to purchases of unlocked GSM Phones:

All phones are sold with a DOA EXCHANGE warranty.  All phones are brand new, unless otherwise specified, and generally are international versions of the telephone, as they are not yet available domestically.  No returns will be accepted on any phones.    

You will have a period of seven (7) days from your RECEIPT of the telephone to report any problem and file for your exchange. 

No other returns or repairs will be accepted without prior application and authorization.

International warranties from the phone manufacturer may apply - check packaging for complete information.
